I would say...a family portrait, though it would exclude her elder sister, mayhaps? Unless she has excluded herself and the smaller figure is indeed her sister.
But since that makes too much sense, I think it represents the current presidential candidates: Hillary, Obama, and some minor candidate that is too minor to make the full spotlight.
How can you let the wee one watch the primaries?!
